Last updated: 2026-11-07
This policy explains what data Fusion SQL ("we") collects when you use fastplm.com and the Fusion SQL application, and how we use and protect it.
Data we collect
- Account data: user name, e-mail address and a one-way BCrypt hash of your password.
- Connection data: Fusion URL, Fusion user name and, only if you choose to save it, your Fusion password encrypted with AES-256-GCM.
- Usage data: SQL text, connection name, success or error message, row count and duration of each execution (query history), and the SQL you save as favorites.
- Technical data: session cookies required to keep you signed in and protect against CSRF; server logs such as IP address and time of request.
- Website analytics: if enabled, aggregated visit statistics (pages viewed, referrer, country, device type).
Data we do not keep
- Query results are not written to our database. They are held in server memory for up to 15 minutes so you can export them, then discarded.
- Fusion passwords you choose not to save are kept in server memory for your current session only.
How we use data
- To provide the service: run your queries against your Fusion environment, show history and favorites.
- To keep the service secure and reliable, for example by limiting failed sign-in attempts.
- To understand how the website is used and improve it.
We do not sell your data and do not use the content of your queries for advertising.
Where data is stored
The service is hosted on Amazon Web Services in the Tokyo region (Japan). Data is transferred over HTTPS.
Retention and deletion
Your data is kept while your account exists. To delete your account and all related data, e-mail admin@fastplm.com from the address registered to your account.
Your responsibility
